Yard & Co., Third Century, and the City of Mount Healthy collaborated with a Project Task Force made up of local residents and stakeholders to shape the new Mt. Healthy Uptown District brand and building concept. Through a community survey, interactive exercises, and visual prompts, insights were gathered about the desired look and feel.

Established in 2022, Third Century has spent time and effort talking and planning as an organization, with fellow local community development corporations, and the City of Mount Healthy. The core of our approach to revitalization is the commitment to creating places of shared prosperity, equal access to opportunity, and inclusive engagement. We are committed to building on the past of our environment and cultural legacy. We do this by promoting adaptive reuse, celebrating community character, and honoring the cultural diversity of our community. We believe that supporting entrepreneurs, small businesses, and small-scale development builds community wealth and creates meaningful investment in communities.
