Complete a Third Century Application Form to share your interests in serving the Mount Healthy community!

A Board of Directors and an Executive Director govern Third Century’s activities. Board members meet regularly and serve three-year terms. Our new Board member applications are considered each January (apps are due by the end of each December).

Non-Board members (i.e. residents of Mt. Healthy, community partners, etc.) can serve on a variety of subcommittees (i.e. Finance Committee, Fund Raising Committee, etc.). Subcommittees are created and implemented based upon current initiatives and members are considered as-needed.

By completing our application, you are able to distinguish the level of involvement you are interested in and what role suits your skill sets best.
